Build Big Shoulders Quickly
Shoulders are a comparatively small muscle group. You might want to do this workout on a day when you’re not really up to training because it’s easier than training your legs or chest. Or you can pair it with an abs or arm workout. Do the exercises one after another (see table 7.6) and rest for 45 to 60 seconds between bouts. Use perfect form to protect your most valuable asset: your V-shape.
